With all basic needs considered, there is little room left to improve productivity and performance which begs the question, what else can be done?

Maintaining employee morale and health is essential for the business of the future, particularly where the lines are now blurred between working from home and the office. For example with the balance altered, there are fewer occasions for informal yet enlightening conversations to take place over coffee or across the desk. The advent of silent stress has come about as the employer may not learn until too late and only when sickness and absenteeism start to rise, their employees true position..

When wellbeing is made more visible from training and/or relevant activities, it enables positive, fluid discussions between management and employees. Conversations that start with ‘How are you?’ can take place with greater sincerity, empathy and compassion which in itself inspires more open dialogue and integrated communications that develop wellbeing actions.

MindFit

MindFit Training consists of 4 interactive group sessions that focus on teaching the self-management wellbeing principles of: Purpose, Priorities, Passion, Potential and Positivity.  The sessions are 90-120 minutes duration and require a commitment to the time spent during the delivery as well as after event activities to re-enforce the learning. 

The training can either be for specific groups and individuals as required by the business

BodyFit

BodyFit Training consists of 3 interactive group sessions that
pro-actively help to manage stress and develop self-awareness. Clear focus, calm sense, creativity and stability are promoted along with the physical aspect of back care and recognition of stress symptoms.
Each session will be between 30 - 120 minutes duration.

The training can either be for specific groups and individuals as required by the business

2) The structuring of a Wellbeing Policy to formalise wellbeing in your business. MFBF will work with you to create a policy that is tailor made to fit the needs of your business and ensure wellbeing is at the forefront of your strategic planning.

3) MFBF Management Training session for managers/team leaders to develop the skills of empathy and compassion during wellbeing conversations.  This brings wellbeing into the heart of a business with the actions and words that need to be said by the leaders that need to say them and the employees that need to hear them.
